​Since 2001, Slick Motion Studios owner, Emily Slicker has been a passionate and active leader in the dance community. After starting her career in Louisville, Kentucky, she and her family moved to Palmetto, FL in 2018. Her husband, David and their 4 sons have loved being able to call Florida "home". She has eagerly sought to bring a new energy to the dance community around her.


Her vision behind Slick Motion Studios is to grow and train up well-rounded performers that are prepared to boldly conquer any stage, dance floor or situation life throws at them while loving others well along the way.

She loves to express herself through all genres of dance, but is especially fond of Hip Hop. Having been the Head Coach and choreographer for Varsity High School dance teams, She loves to compete and bring the entertainment factor into her routines.

She is also Acrobatic Arts certified.
